Job summary

CTSHealth is seeking a compassionate CST Team Lead (Therapist) in North Carolina to provide clinical leadership, supervise CST services, and deliver direct therapy to clients in the community, schools, and home settings.

The role requires a Master's in behavioral health and NC licensure or eligibility, with at least 1 year of experience. You will lead a treatment team, coordinate care with partners, and ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery while participating in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline with NC licensure or associate licensure (as listed).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience serving the target population.
• Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy and direct clinical services to CST clients.
• Lead and coordinate CST services and oversee treatment planning.
• Conduct assessments and reassessments to identify needs and goals.
• Develop, implement and revise Person-Centered Plans in collaboration with clients and team.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to CST staff.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and monitor quality of service delivery.
• Deliver psychoeducation, behavioral interventions, and relapse prevention strategies.
• Support housing stability, independent living skills, and community integration.
• Coordinate care with providers, schools, families, and natural supports.
• Maintain timely documentation and ensure policy/state compliance.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities to support 24/7 CST delivery.
