Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Preference for experience in customer account management.
• Prior tile industry knowledge preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong spoken/written communication with professional tone.
• Good voice quality and clear communication.
• Moderate computer skills in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions.
• Process sales orders and resolve product or service issues as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and SSCs from entry to delivery.
• Perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, and inventory counts.
• Prepare reports and maintain order accuracy.
