Jumping Jack Plumbing is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher to be the friendly, dependable voice our customers trust. You'll manage calls, texts, emails, and inquiries, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians to keep plumbing projects moving smoothly.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will help build trust through organized notes and accurate records in Housecall Pro, with a supportive benefits package including health insurance, a 401(k),

• Strong follow-through and accountability.
• Committed to making sure calls, texts, emails, and leads don't go unanswered.
• Housecall Pro experience is preferred.
• Home service industry experience is preferred.
• Bilingual are preferred but not required.

INSIDE THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - DISPATCHER ROLE
