First Impression Doors & More is seeking an experienced, highly organized Customer Service / Appointment Scheduler to join our team. The role involves handling inbound calls, scheduling sales consultations, and coordinating service calls for existing customers.

The ideal candidate excels in professional telephone communication, follows up diligently, and can manage multiple appointments with HOA and insurance documentation requirements. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple appointments and service requests.
• Experience with HOAs, property managers, and insurance documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers interested in windows and doors.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultations.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls for existing customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and updates.
• Follow up promptly with prospective customers and unscheduled leads.
• Obtain COIs and other HOA insurance documentation as required.
• Coordinate with HOAs and property managers to obtain documentation.
• Enter and update customer information in the CRM.
• Maintain organized records and follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate with sales, production, installation, and service teams.
