Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to perform the duties of a customer service client service and/or veterinary assistant/technician while ensuring leadership presence across all shifts. You will coordinate paraprofessional staff and support hospital leadership to maximize productivity and profitability in the hospital.

The role reports to the Practice Manager and/or Chief of Staff (COS) to ensure effective communication with clients, associates, Field Leadership, Central Team

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of a CSC and/or veterinary assistant/technician.
• Provide continuity and operational support across all shifts.
• Ensure leadership onsite to support associates and clients.
• Coordinate and guide paraprofessional staff.
• Support hospital leadership in communicating with clients, associates, Field Leadership, Central Team Support, and PetSmart.
