Banfield is seeking a Shift Lead to perform duties of a CSC and/or veterinary assistant/technician, while providing continuity and operational support across shifts. The role ensures leadership is onsite to support associates and clients, coordinating paraprofessional staff and guiding hospital leadership.

You will work with the Practice Manager and COS to maintain effective communication with clients, associates, Field Leadership, Central Team Support, and PetSmart.
