Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; or a combination of education and experience totaling 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day supervision of Computer Science Department student employees; handle timekeeping, payroll, and performance concerns.
• Train employees on tutoring, pedagogy, grading practices, and FERPA requirements to ensure compliance and quality support.
• Maintain an organized lab/office environment; serve as main contact for student employees and assist with problem resolution and department needs.
• Maintain program documentation, training materials, and update processes; provide additional departmental support as needed.
