Job summary

Blue Origin in Denver, CO is seeking a Liquid Systems Responsible Engineer with cryogenic fluids experience to join the Zero-g Propellant Management team. You will support hardware ownership for cryogenic propellant management components, influence fabrication processes, and help qualify hardware for production, blending design support with shop-floor execution.

The role includes travel up to 25% and relocation support.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Physics, or related technical field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in cryogenic fluids and mechanical systems, or in manufacturing/process engineering.
• Experience supporting aerospace systems for flight and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware ownership for cryogenic propellant management components from design through verification.
• Collaborate within Zero-g Propellant Management IPT and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Translate requirements into manufacturing processes and contribute to DFM/DFA/DFT reviews.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and inspection plans.
• Support root cause analysis and MRB dispositions under guidance.
