Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Cryogenic Responsible Engineer to join the zero-g propellant management team in the Lunar Permanence unit. You will develop Creo models and drawings for cryogenic hardware, from concept through release, collaborating with internal and external suppliers to deliver high-performance components for spaceflight.

Minimum qualifications include a B.S. in a related field and 5+ years in cryogenic fluids, with strong CAD skills and GD&T.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cryogenic fluids and mechanical systems/components.
• Experience supporting development, integration, or certification of aerospace systems for flight.
• Proficiency with Creo Parametric for parts, assemblies, weldments, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Generate Creo models and drawings for cryogenic propellant management hardware (valves, manifolds, tubing, pressure vessels, support structures).
• Support hardware ownership from definition through delivery, including design, verification, and integration activities.
• Create interface control models/drawings and provide data to analysis teams for FEA.
