Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Cryogenic Responsible Engineer to support the model and drawing side of cryogenic propellant management hardware. You will develop requirements, create Creo models, and collaborate across teams from concept to release.

You will work within the Zero-g Propellant Management IPT on valves, manifolds, tubing, pressure vessels, and support structures, with CAD standards and GD&T practices guiding your work.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related technical subject area.
• 5+ years of cryogenic fluids and mechanical systems experience.
• Experience supporting development, integration, or certification of aerospace systems for flight.
• Experience with fluid/gas components (valves, manifolds, regulators, vessels).
• Proficiency with Creo Parametric for parts, assemblies, weldments, drawings.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex cryogenic subsystems as part of Zero-g Propellant Management Product Team.
• Support hardware ownership from definition through delivery; contribute to design, verification, integration.
• Track procurements and hardware dependencies to support delivery schedules.
• Contribute to trades, design/integration, analysis, and tests for cryogenic hardware.
• Create interface control models/drawings; deliver geometry to analysis teams.
