Job summary

Blue Origin in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Cryogenic Responsible Engineer to support model-and-drawing work for cryogenic propellant management hardware from concept through release. You will craft Creo models and detailed drawings for valves, manifolds, tubing, pressure vessels, and supports, ensuring compliance with GD&T standards and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Aerospace Engineering or related field required; MS preferred.
• 5+ years of cryogenic fluids and mechanical systems experience.
• Experience with aerospace hardware development and certification.
• Fluids components knowledge: valves, manifolds, regulators, vessels.
• Proficient in Creo, GD&T, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and release Creo models and drawings for cryogenic hardware.
• Support design reviews, hardware release, and manufacturing plans.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on interfaces and schedules.
• Apply GD&T and PMI principles per standards and ensure manufacturability.
• Create interface control drawings/models and support analysis inputs.
