AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Cryo Nerve Block Territory Manager to drive therapy adoption and manage a designated territory in the United States.

You will develop strategic plans, identify opportunities, and educate healthcare professionals about the Cryo Nerve Block therapy in postoperative pain relief. The role requires strong clinical/technical aptitude, ability to travel up to 60%, and collaboration with hospital administrations to secure access and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Specific knowledge and selling or support experience related to post-operative pain management is an asset.
• A documented track record of successful sales quota achievement in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive institutional therapy adoption of Cryo Nerve Block Therapy in cardiothoracic and chest wall procedures.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to meet objectives.
• Identify new customers, contacts and opportunities; broaden the base business.
