AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Cryo Nerve Block Clinical Specialist to support field sales in the cardiothoracic OR and related departments, driving adoption of the cryo nerve block therapy.

You will train surgical staff and assist physicians during live procedures, focusing on device utilization and patient outcomes. Travel 40–60% is required depending on territory, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across hospital teams, credentialing, and delivering clinical solutions that improve patient

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in technical or scientific field or equivalent experience.
• B2B or outside sales experience is highly desired.
• Experience in an Operating Room or hospital setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across levels.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% depending on territory.
• Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales in the cardiothoracic OR and related departments to drive adoption of cryo nerve block therapy.
• Provide training of surgical staff and guidance during live procedures.
• Assist physicians during surgeries and with device utilization.
• Follow up with surgeons on patient outcomes related to Cryo Nerve Block Therapy.
