Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Cryo Nerve Block Clinical Specialist to support field sales in the cardiothoracic operating room and related departments to drive adoption of the cryo nerve block therapy.

Responsibilities include training OR staff, guiding physicians during live procedures using company technology, and following up on patient outcomes. Travel up to 60% is required, with a competitive compensation package and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in technical or scientific field or experience equivalence.
• B2B or outside sales experience highly desired.
• Experience in an Operating Room or hospital setting preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people across all levels.
• Ability to travel 40-60%, dependent upon territory.
• Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales in the operating room and related departments to drive adoption of the cryo nerve block therapy.
• Train surgical and OR staff in the use of company pain management devices.
• Guide and support physicians during live procedures and use of company technology.
• Follow up with surgeons and staff on patient outcomes related to Cryo Nerve Block Therapy.
