AtriCure, Inc. is seeking an Area Director to lead Cryo Nerve Block Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists in the Columbia, SC region. You will drive brand presence, coordinate sales initiatives, and ensure alignment with corporate plans across multiple accounts.

You will analyze sales data, create action plans, and manage relationships with clinicians and hospitals to achieve revenue goals while traveling as needed to support field teams and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA highly preferred.
• Specific knowledge and selling experience related to cardiac or thoracic surgical procedures is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to travel up to 75% depending on territory.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and direct Cryo Nerve Block Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Lead sales forecasting activities and set performance goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing to target growth areas and monitor weekly sales data.
• Foster strong communication between field and senior management and ensure alignment with strategic plans.
• Develop key accounts and manage relationships with hospitals and clinical staff.
