Job summary

Independence Excavating, Inc. is seeking a Crusher Foreman to lead field operations from start to finish on crushing projects. You will supervise crews, manage maintenance, operate and optimize crushing equipment, and ensure production targets while upholding our core values.

The role requires a strong background in aggregate equipment, MSHA/OSHA knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with project managers to maintain schedules and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years related experience required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to relate with owners and project managers.
• Extensive knowledge of aggregate equipment and safety requirements (MSHA/OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and interpret project and material testing procedures.
• Manage crushing equipment and on-site operations.
• Coordinate mobilization of crusher equipment with the Superintendent.
• Schedule resources daily and maintain an efficient work plan.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork.
