Zusammenfassung

Independence Excavating is seeking a Crushing Foreman to lead crusher operations on projects from start to finish. You will supervise crews, ensure proper maintenance, and operate crushing equipment while meeting production targets.

The role requires strong organizational skills, MSHA/OSHA knowledge, and extensive experience with aggregate equipment. Join a family-owned contractor with a long history of safety and performance.

Qualifikationen

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications preferred.
• Five years of related experience required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with owners and project managers.
• Extensive knowledge of MSHA and OSHA requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of maintenance and repair of aggregate equipment.

Aufgaben

• Read and interpret material testing procedures and gradations.
• Review project details with PM and Superintendent before starting.
• Operate and maintain crushing equipment safely on each job.
• Coordinate mobilization of crusher equipment with Superintendent.
• Schedule resources daily with Superintendent to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain and verify subcontractor tickets and PM checklists.
• Submit time, receipts, JSA's and safety forms promptly.
• Communicate equipment needs with Equipment Managers and Superintendents.
• Perform required paperwork.
• Uphold safety practices and company safety manual procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
