Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five years previous related experience is required.
• Must have strong organizational skills to handle varied tasks.
• Must develop positive working relationships with owners and project managers.
• Extensive knowledge of aggregate equipment and proper maintenance/repair.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crushing crew and equipment on assigned projects.
• Plan daily production and coordinate resources with the Superintendent.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Superintendent on job details before start.
• Complete required paperwork and time/receipts accurately.
