Independence Excavating, Inc. is seeking a Crushing Foreman to lead crushing projects from start to finish. You will manage crews, maintain equipment, and ensure production meets schedule while upholding company values.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and proper adherence to MSHA and OSHA standards. You will coordinate mobilization, schedule daily resources with the Superintendent, and ensure accurate paperwork, timekeeping, and safety briefings.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; additional construction certifications or training preferred.
• Five years of related experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of MSHA and OSHA requirements and procedures for operation.
• Extensive knowledge of proper maintenance and repair of aggregate equipment.

Responsabilités

• Read, understand and interpret material testing procedures and gradations as applicable.
• Review project details with Project Manager and Superintendent prior to start.
• Understand and execute correct operating and maintenance procedures for crushing equipment.
• Coordinate mobilization of crusher equipment with the Superintendent.
• Schedule resources daily with the Superintendent to optimize workflow.
• Maintain subcontractor work tickets and verify accuracy with PM.
• Submit time, receipts, JSAs, safety and equipment checklists timely.
• Communicate equipment availability to Supervisors and Managers for optimal use.
• Perform required paperwork and safety practices per company policy.
• Maintain company image in appearance, conduct and communication.
• Other duties as assigned and ensure safety and environmental guidelines are followed.
