Independence Excavating, Inc. is seeking a Crusher Foreman to lead crushing projects from start to finish.

You will oversee crew performance, ensure proper maintenance, and operate equipment to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have five years of related experience, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to coordinate with project managers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five years previous related experience is required.
• Must develop positive working relationships with owners and project managers.
• Extensive knowledge of MSHA and OSHA requirements and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Read, understand and interpret material testing procedures and gradations.
• Review project details with Project Manager and Superintendent prior to start.
• Review and carry out operating and maintenance procedures for crushing equipment.
• Coordinate mobilization of crusher equipment with the Superintendent.
• Schedule resources daily and maintain an efficient work schedule.
• Maintain subcontractor tickets and verify with PM.
• Submit time, receipts, JSAs and safety/ checklist forms timely.
• Communicate equipment applications and maintenance schedules with Supervisors.
