Job summary

You will develop training materials, troubleshoot data issues, and serve as the primary liaison with CrunchTime support while distributing accurate reports to optimize Food, Beverage and Inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hospitality experience.
• Experience administering or programming within CrunchTime.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CrunchTime data across locations (products, recipes, vendors, location setup).
• Investigate and resolve daily data errors and variances.
• Develop and update standardized CrunchTime training materials.
• Collaborate with managers to troubleshoot data issues and provide system guidance.
• Prepare reports supporting cost, revenue, and inventory control initiatives.
• Coordinate menu changes with IT and Operations for accurate updates.
