Job summary
American Unit, Inc. is seeking a Crunchtime-focused technology leader with deep QSR/BOH experience to optimize menus, recipes, and food-cost data across systems.
You will assess Crunchtime configurations, review menu data, and drive remediation across API-enabled integrations with POS and ERP platforms. Ideal candidates bring 6–10+ years in restaurant tech, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with MD/Multi-country QSR architectures to stabilize operations and align future-state data
Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of Restaurant/QSR technology experience with strong Crunchtime expertise.
- Good understanding of QSR/restaurant BOH operations.
- Experience across Menu, Recipe, Food Cost, Inventory & Supply Chain.
- Strong data, API and system integration understanding.
- Ability to independently diagnose issues and drive practical solutions.
- Stibo/MDM and multi-country QSR experience would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assess current Crunchtime configuration, processes and maturity.
- Review menu, recipe, ingredient and food-cost setup.
- Identify food-cost leakage, data-quality and configuration gaps.
- Review inventory, purchasing and supply-chain processes.
- Analyze integrations across Crunchtime, POS, ERP, suppliers and downstream systems.
- Troubleshoot data flows, interfaces/APIs and synchronization issues.
- Define stronger menu and recipe data governance.
- Recommend quick wins and stabilization actions.
- Support future-state alignment with a Stibo/MDM-centric menu architecture.
- Build a prioritized remediation and transformation roadmap.
