Job summary

Topgolf International is seeking a Manager of Restaurant Back Office Systems to own the CrunchTime platform strategy, administration, and integration ecosystem across venues in the United States.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with IT, Finance, and Operations, and drive system upgrades, data governance, and cost visibility. This hands-on role shapes platform direction and ensures reliable back-office data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on CrunchTime experience across inventory, labor, or operations.
• Experience integrating CrunchTime with POS, SAP, and other ERP systems.
• 2+ years leading a team and developing staff.
• Experience cross-training and building redundancy.
• Strong understanding of restaurant back-of-house operations.
• SQL familiarity or close collaboration with data engineers.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ops leaders.
• Experience with multi-unit restaurant environments preferred.
• Project management experience with system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own CrunchTime platform end-to-end configuration and roadmap.
• Lead and develop a 2-person team with clear goals and growth.
• Cross-train team to ensure coverage during absences and turnover.
• Manage integrations with POS, SAP, and distributors like Sysco.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain and Operations for accurate data.
• Define data governance and drive automation and consolidation.
