Job summary

TechClub Inc. is seeking an experienced Crunchtime technologist to optimize QSR/restaurant operations and data flows across POS, ERP, and suppliers.

The role focuses on menu/recipe data governance, cost control, and API integrations, with a bias toward data accuracy and scalable architecture in a multi-country setup.

You will build a remediation roadmap, identify gaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to stabilize configurations and drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of Restaurant/QSR technology experience with strong Crunchtime expertise.
• Strong understanding of data, API and system integration across platforms.
• Ability to independently diagnose issues and drive practical solutions.
• Experience with multi-country QSR operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess current Crunchtime configuration, processes and maturity.
• Review menu, recipe, ingredient and food-cost setup.
• Identify food-cost leakage, data-quality and configuration gaps.
• Review inventory, purchasing and supply-chain processes.
• Analyze integrations across Crunchtime, POS, ERP, suppliers and downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot data flows, interfaces/APIs and synchronization issues.
• Define stronger menu and recipe data governance.
• Recommend quick wins and stabilization actions.
• Support future-state alignment with a Stibo/MDM-centric menu architecture.
• Build a prioritized remediation and transformation roadmap.
