Job summary

Topgolf Entertainment Group in Dallas is seeking a Manager of Restaurant Back Office Systems to own the CrunchTime platform strategy, administration, and integrations. You will lead a small team and collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations to keep inventory, labor, and operations data accurate and actionable.

The role is hands-on: define platform direction, cross-train two reports, troubleshoot integrations, and drive improvements across vendor systems and data governance to support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on CrunchTime experience in inventory, labor, and/or operations modules.
• Proven experience integrating CrunchTime with POS platforms (Toast a plus) and SAP/ERP systems.
• Experience working with distribution partners like Sysco via EDI or API feeds.
• 2+ years managing or leading a team with coaching and career development.
• Experience cross-training and building redundancy across critical systems.
• Strong understanding of restaurant back-office operations and cost reporting.
• Experience troubleshooting data flow across multiple systems; SQL experience or collaboration with data engineers.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ops leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the CrunchTime platform end-to-end: configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and roadmap.
• Lead and develop a team of 2 direct reports; set goals and provide feedback.
• Cross-train team to ensure coverage during absences and turnover.
• Create development plans for reports and growth opportunities.
• Manage and troubleshoot CrunchTime integrations with POS, SAP, Sysco.
• Escalate data discrepancies and outages affecting inventory, ordering, or labor data.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align data for COGS and labor reporting.
• Oversee vendor relationship with CrunchTime, support tickets, releases, renewals.
• Define data governance standards across back-office workflows.
• Drive improvements: new integrations, automation, and system consolidation.
• Develop training materials and cross-training programs.
• Support new venue openings and ensure proper config at launch.
