Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Manager of Restaurant Back Office Systems to own the CrunchTime platform strategy and integration ecosystem across inventory, labor, and operations.

You will manage two direct reports, cross-train the team for coverage, troubleshoot integrations, and partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure accurate COGS and labor reporting while driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on CrunchTime experience (inventory, labor, operations).
• 2+ years leading a team with clear development plans.
• Strong data governance, integration, and cross-system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own CrunchTime end-to-end: configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and roadmap.
• Lead and coach 2 direct reports; set goals and provide regular feedback.
• Cross-train team for coverage across modules and integrations.
• Develop development plans and growth opportunities for staff.
• Troubleshoot integrations between CrunchTime and POS/SAP/EDI/Vendor feeds.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Ops to support COGS and labor reporting.
• Manage CrunchTime vendor relationships, tickets, releases, and renewals.
• Define data governance standards across back office workflows.
• Drive process improvements and new integration opportunities.
• Create training materials and cross-training programs for stakeholders.
