Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum one year of sales experience; two years preferred.
• Cruise sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promotes sales to direct consumers by initiating calls and following leads to identify travel needs and present cruise products.
• Establishes and maintains quality customer relationships to meet retention and revenue goals.
• Builds and maintains relationships with new and existing consumers.
• Maintains prospect lists and uses client travel history to promote products and promotions.
• Articulates cruise features, pricing, and itineraries and makes recommendations including upgrades and onboard credits.
• Attends daily sales meetings and training to ensure effective sales techniques.
