Job summary

American Cruise Lines is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to join our shipboard team for the 2026 season. You will assist the Hotel Manager in supervising the hotel department, ensuring service standards, dining, housekeeping, guest services, and crew training meet expectations aboard our ships.

Responsibilities include supervising managers, supporting turnover, coordinating meals, overseeing housekeeping and guest experiences, and maintaining high levels of sanitation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or Hotel & Restaurant Management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Military experience may be considered with management and hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Housekeeping Manager and Guest Service Coordinator under the Hotel Manager.
• Assist Hotel Manager and Dining Room Manager during service.
• Oversee shipboard operations to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
