You will initiate calls, present travel options, and close sales while building lasting relationships and meeting revenue goals. In this role you will maintain prospect lists, articulate product features and pricing, and participate in team trainings to ensure accurate communications and effective sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal communication skills to interact with direct guests by phone and in-house.
• Strong knowledge of Norwegian Cruise Line products, fleet and itineraries.
• Ability to multi-task in a high energy, quota-driven sales environment.
• Adherence to strictly enforced dress code is required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes sales to direct consumers by initiating calls and following leads to identify travel needs and recommend Norwegian Cruise Line products.
• Establishes and maintains quality customer relationships to meet retention goals and drive revenue.
• Builds relationships with new and existing consumers and maintains a contact database for travel trends.
• Articulates cruise features, benefits, pricing and promotions, including upgrades and onboard credits.
• Attends sales meetings and training to ensure accurate information and effective techniques are communicated.
