Job summary

You will build relationships, explain features, pricing and promotions, and strive to meet revenue goals. Responsibilities include maintaining client data, leveraging knowledge of itineraries and onboard credits, and collaborating in daily team meetings and campaigns to drive bookings.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years sales experience preferred.
• Cruise sales a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of product features, pricing and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Promotes sales to direct consumers by initiating calls and leads.
• Establishes and maintains quality customer relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Maintains consumer prospect lists and identifies travel trends.
• Participates in department approved mass email campaigns and sales training.
• Performs other job related functions as assigned.
