Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a results-driven sales specialist to promote cruise vacations to direct consumers by calling leads, presenting options and closing sales.

You will maintain relationships, nurture prospects, and use knowledge of itineraries, pricing and promotions to meet revenue and retention goals while collaborating in a high-energy team environment with regular training. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred and cruise sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year sales experience; two years preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and product knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes sales to direct consumers by initiating calls and following leads to identify travel needs.
• Maintains customer relationships and meets retention goals through service and follow-up.
• Builds relationships with new and existing travelers and promotes products.
• Keeps prospect lists and uses client history to spot selling opportunities.
• Understands cruise products, pricing, itineraries, and promotions.
