Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Hotel Operations Data & Procurement Analyst to support housekeeping, guest services, laundry, print shop, and related hotel programs aboard our ships.

You will liaise with shipboard and shore-side teams to ensure the right information, tools, and processes are in place for efficient operations. Responsibilities include data collection, budgeting analyses, capital purchases coordination, and ensuring accurate records while enhancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Hotel Management or related field.
• Experience on board cruise ships preferred.
• Hotel/Resort management experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection and pivot tables to track equipment reports.
• Prepare and review capital budget and product specs by ship.
• Review monthly OSO expenditures by vessel.
• Support C-PAR submissions and gather details for submission.
• Coordinate purchases and manage delivery, payment issues.
• Assist in improving workflows and communicate updates to Marketing/Hotel Ops.
• Maintain records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Use MXP to support purchasing-related needs.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to source items and track orders.
• Travel as required to ships for operations support.
