Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a proactive Crew Administrator to support operations aboard our vessels. You will manage guest and crew wellbeing, handle port and crew documentation, and assist with payroll and financial reporting for crew members.

The role involves coordinating training and welfare activities, maintaining compliance with immigration and safety procedures, and working in a dynamic, international maritime environment.

Formación

• Experience in crew operations and handling in a maritime context.
• Knowledge of clearance and port regulations is preferable.
• Excellent administrative and leadership abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Able to work in an international environment and under pressure.
