Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Hotel Operations Specialist in Miami to provide analytical and business management support for Housekeeping, Guest Services, Laundry, Print Shop and hotel programs.

The role will liaise with shipboard management to ensure access to systems, equipment and tools required for projects. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management and at least 2 years of hotel operations experience on board cruise ships or in a hotel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in hotel operations on cruise ships or in a hotel/resort management role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide analytical support to Hotel Operations in areas like housekeeping, guest services, laundry, print shop, and hotel programs.
• Act as liaison with departments and shipboard management to ensure teams have required systems, equipment and tools.
• Assist with data collection, pivot tables, and reports for budgeting, inventory, and capital projects.
