Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a strategic Revenue Management Finance Analyst to optimize revenue performance across its ultra-premium fleet. The role combines financial modeling, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive pricing decisions and forecast revenue.

You will partner with Revenue Management, Finance, Sales, and Operations to support new-season launches, financial planning, and executive communications while maintaining data integrity in source systems.

Qualifications

1–2 years of revenue management, pricing strategy, or financial/data analysis experience.
Advanced Excel modeling and large data manipulation.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) and SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze booking curves, pacing, demand, and ticket revenue to inform pricing actions.
Conduct scenario and impact analyses for proposed pricing adjustments.
Evaluate promotions and measure incremental lift and yield contribution.
Own daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting and commentary.
Build and maintain Excel-based pricing models and data trackers.
