Qualifications

• Ability to learn new programs and work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Auditing paperwork and preparing inbound/outbound manifests.
• Submit late inbound notices and overflow requests.
• Use Route Schedule to prepare outbound manifests.
• Verify loads after loading and check Hot Board for must-go freight.
• Answer phones and assist Dispatch Team as needed.
• Work Monday–Friday; weekend work possible with advance notice.
