Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisory or leadership experience in high-volume material handling.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience; WMS experience required.
• Able to train and coach team members; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision of day-to-day cross-dock operation and maintain a strong presence on the dock.
• Personally train, coach, and reinforce all safety procedures, operational processes, and customer requirements with team members.
• Support communication between the cross-dock operation, leadership, and customers.
• Actively develop Team Leaders and team members through hands-on coaching, cross-training, feedback, and daily follow-up.
• Support and lead continuous improvement and Kaizen activities with direct team involvement.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and productive work environment by actively engaging with team members on the floor.
• Identify operational improvements and work directly with the team to implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate performance metrics and use results to coach the team and improve performance.
• Work Monday - Friday; weekend requirements may apply with advanced notice.
