Qualifications

• Relevant degree or 3-5 years of industry experience is preferred.
• Must have supervisory or leadership experience in high-volume material handling.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision of day-to-day cross-dock operations.
• Train, coach, and reinforce safety procedures and processes with the team.
• Coordinate communication between cross-dock operations, leadership, and customers.
• Develop Team Leaders and staff through coaching and cross-training.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and monitor KPIs to drive performance.
• Maintain a safe, productive work environment and uphold company standards.
• Identify operational improvements and implement solutions with the team.
• Work Monday - Friday; weekend requirements may apply with notice.
