Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
1–3 years in transportation/logistics or financial analysis preferred.
Strong problem-solving and data processing abilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer shipping data to drive improvement and cost effectiveness.
Build and review internal or customer KPIs and drive efficiency.
Present analytical findings to the client or Carter LOGISTEED executive team.
Maintain contact with customers for feedback and improvement focus.
Collaborate with other Carter LOGISTEED departments to initiate savings projects.
Lead customer onboarding processes.
Monitor route network to increase truck efficiency.
Track premium transportation through reporting to reduce impact.
Work with pricing to develop quotes for potential clients.
Provide internal reporting as requested.
Work on-site Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.
