Carter LOGISTEED Express, Inc. | Carter LOGISTEED Logistics, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator for our crossdock facility in Anderson, IN. The role centers on operating a sit-down forklift, unloading, scanning freight, and ensuring a safe, organized workspace.

This full-time position requires a High School Diploma or GED and prior warehouse/forklift experience; strong teamwork and safety adherence are essential. Weekend shifts may be required with notice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse and forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to follow given directions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit down forklift.
• Unload inbound freight.
• Scan freight into the system.
• Notify Supervisor of any overage, shortage, or damage to freight.
• Load outbound trailers.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work Monday - Friday; weekend requirements may apply with advanced notice.
