Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer to join the Cross Product Team Lead (CPTL) and manage program budgets and schedules. The CPTL will coordinate across stakeholders to drive product development from design to production in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

The role requires EVMS/CAM expertise, board-level design knowledge, and a current or transferable U.S. security clearance. A STEM degree with significant experience is expected, with relocation possible.

Qualifications

• EVMS/CAM experience required.
• Board level design and development experience required.
• Technical expertise in Electrical Engineering.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required or eligible; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hardware team interfacing with Chief Engineers and Program Managers to prioritize tasks and define scope.
• Own technical project execution from design through production.
• Present project status to Leadership and the customer.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Firmware, Test, Product, System, Software Engineering and Operations.
• Maintain Earned Value Management as CAM.
• Break down Work Packages for execution.
