Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Massachusetts is seeking a Systems Engineering Cross Product Team Lead (CPTL) to drive execution across the NASAMS product line and lead the NASAMS Systems Engineering team onsite in Tewksbury, MA.

The role requires a STEM degree with 10+ years in Air Defense Systems, cost/schedule management, and an active Secret clearance. Travel up to 25% and involvement in program and design reviews are expected.

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in Air Defense Systems, systems engineering production or development.
Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects.
Experience leading or contributing to proposals (BOEs, reviews).
Program Manager Certification level 6 or able to obtain within the first year.
Active Secret U.S. government security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

Lead NASAMS Systems Engineering CPTL across the NASAMS Product Line.
Collaborate with IPT/CPT leads from various functions and products.
Provide technical oversight for multiple Systems Engineering efforts (concepts, CONOPS, algorithm optimization).
Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Support internal/external program and design reviews.
