Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Deputy Systems Engineering Cross Product Team Lead to join the LTAMDS program in a role that provides technical oversight, staffing, and deliverable management across CPT. The position may be based in Tewksbury, MA or Huntsville, AL.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with program leads, and support customer briefings while ensuring schedule and performance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the SE scope across the LTAMDS and GhostEye portfolios.
• Collaborate with execution team leads to track progress and identify issues.
• Support weekly program management material creation to communicate progress and issues.
• Review program R&O boards to ensure risks are boarded.
• Provide coaching to program leads in EAC position and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with leads to support staffing, process, and execution.
