Job summary

You will manage the Miami XD cross-dock and seller pickups, coordinate with Control Tower and international teams, and drive improvements through KPI monitoring and incident reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience with transportation operations and 3PL/SLA accountability.
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into concrete actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee first mile network in the US, ensuring on-time arrivals and proper carrier assignments.
• Supervise Miami XD cross-dock and ensure daily seller pickups within windows.
• Lead daily provider calls and incident management for service improvements.
• Develop real-time visibility reports and monitor KPIs.
