TransLoop is seeking a Cross Border Carrier Executive to drive growth and capacity across the United States, Mexico, and Canada, blending carrier sales with relationship management and cross-border solutions in partnership with Customer Sales and Operations.

You will develop and grow carrier relationships, support customer growth through demos and RFPs, and identify opportunities to improve service offerings and sales cadence while delivering excellent carrier and customer service daily.

Qualifikationen

• Cross Border Carrier Sales experience (2–3 years).
• Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of high performance.
• Strong writing and speaking skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships through outbound prospecting, referrals, and lead generation.
• Support Cross Border customer growth by participating in demos and contributing to RFPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, value proposition, and sales cadence.
• Deliver exceptional customer and carrier service daily.
• Represent TransLoop professionally in every interaction.
• Leverage our technology platform to optimize carrier performance and workflows.
• Partner with Operations and Afterhours to ensure smooth execution and resolve service issues.
• Maintain frequent contact with carriers to ensure engagement, performance, and capacity.
