TransLoop Logistics is seeking a Cross Border Carrier Executive to drive growth and capacity across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This role blends carrier sales, relationship management, and cross-border solution support while partnering closely with Customer Sales and Operations.

You will develop carrier relationships, support customer growth through demos and RFPs, and leverage our technology platform to optimize performance while ensuring smooth execution with Operations.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of cross-border carrier sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of high performance and results.

• Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships through outbound prospecting, referrals, and lead generation.
• Support Cross Border customer growth by participating in demos and contributing to RFPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, value proposition, and sales cadence.
• Deliver exceptional customer and carrier service daily.
• Represent TransLoop professionally in every interaction.
• Leverage our technology platform to optimize carrier performance and workflows.
• Partner with Operations and Afterhours to ensure smooth execution and resolve service issues.

Cross Border Carrier Executive

Description

You will drive growth and capacity within our Cross Border operation, focusingon freight between the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This role blends carrier sales, relationship management, and cross-border solution support while partnering closely with Customer Sales and Operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships through outbound prospecting, referrals, and lead generation
• Support Cross Border customer growth byparticipatingin demos and contributing to RFPs

What You'll Need

• Experience with Cross Border Carrier Sales 2-3 years needed.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but notrequired.
  
• Exemplify a proven track recordof high performance
  
• Strong writing and speaking skills
