Job summary

TransLoop Logistics seeks a Cross Border Carrier Executive to drive growth in the US-Mexico-Canada cross-border operation. You will expand carrier relationships and support customer growth through demos and RFPs while collaborating with Customer Sales and Operations.

You will leverage our platform to optimize carrier performance, partner with Operations, and maintain engagement with carriers to ensure capacity and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Cross Border Carrier Sales experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of high performance in sales roles.
• Strong writing and speaking skills in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow carrier relationships through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Support Cross Border customer growth with demos and RFP contributions.
• Identify opportunities to improve service offerings and sales cadence.
• Leverage technology to optimize carrier performance and workflows.

Title: Cross Border Carrier Executive

Description

You will drive growth and capacity within our Cross Border operation, focusingon freight between the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This role blends carrier sales, relationship management, and cross-border solution support while partnering closely with Customer Sales and Operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships through outbound prospecting, referrals, and lead generationSupport Cross Border customer growth byparticipatingin demos and contributing to RFPsIdentifyopportunities to improve service offerings, value proposition, and sales cadenceDeliver exceptional customer and carrier service daily
  
• RepresentTransLoopprofessionally in every interaction
• Leverage our technology platform tooptimizecarrier performance and workflows
• Partner with Operations and Afterhours to ensure smooth execution and resolve service issues
• Maintain frequent contact with carriers to ensure engagement, performance, and capacity

What You’ll Need

• Experience with Cross Border Carrier Sales 2-3 years needed.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but notrequired.
  
• Exemplify a proven track recordof high performance
  
• Strong writing and speaking skills
