Zurich North America is seeking a Crop Regional Sales & Service Manager to lead the North Dakota and South Dakota region. You will drive regional sales strategy, manage Business Development Leaders and Field Service Representatives, and execute campaigns to hit goals.

You will mentor leaders, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with internal teams to improve distributor productivity. This role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of the crop insurance space.

Qualificações

• Must have a degree and years of sales experience as listed in Basic Qualifications.
• Management experience required.
• Ability to develop and oversee regional sales plans with distributors.

Responsabilidades

• Implements onboarding for new Business Development Leaders and trains on sales playbook.
• Develops and executes regional sales plans with distributors.
• Ensures distributor business plans are followed and updated as needed.
• Conducts ride-along visits with leaders to review planning and distributor calls.
• Participates in distributor calls to strengthen relationships and submissions.
• Provides feedback to leaders to improve productivity and distributor visits.
• Works with leaders on development plans and tracks progress.
• Monitors metrics and goals for each leader and develops remediation plans.
• Coaches on stakeholder interactions with internal teams and distributors.

Formação académica

Bachelor's Degree + 7+ years in Sales

HS Diploma + 9+ years in Sales

Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with Associate Degree + 7+ years in Sales
