Job summary

Zurich North America seeks a Crop Regional Sales & Service Manager to lead the North Dakota and South Dakota region. You will drive regional sales campaigns, manage leaders and field staff, and ensure achievement of sales goals across the region.

You will onboard and train Business Development Leaders, develop regional plans with distributors, and monitor progress against goals with ongoing coaching and feedback. This role emphasizes leadership and regional execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 7+ years in sales or related field.
• High School Diploma with 9+ years in sales.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 7+ years in sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute regional sales strategy for North Dakota and South Dakota.
• Manage Regional Business Development Leaders and Field Service Representatives.
• Coach and develop leaders to improve distributor visits and submissions.
• Monitor metrics and drive alignment with regional goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and distributor sales teams.
