Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a CropField Sales Representative to manage and grow a network of RCIS agencies in North Dakota. The role is a remote, home-based position with a company car provided, targeting Western North Dakota and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities include delivering growth through a differentiated sales approach, understanding agents’ business models, training agents on RCIS products, and ensuring compliance with regulations while expanding market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 6+ years of experience in Sales (Field Rep 2)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent + 8+ years of experience in Sales (Field Rep 2)
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an associate degree + 6+ years of experience in Sales (Field Rep 2)
• Field Representative 3: Bachelor’s degree + 7+ years in Sales or High School Diploma + 9+ years in Sales or Zurich Apprentice with 7+ years and leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Delivering profitable growth through selling a broad and differentiated suite of solutions and managing the existing portfolio of agencies.
• Developing intimate knowledge of agent’s business model and creating a business plan aligning with growth strategies.
• Leading and managing holistic agent and customer value propositions to deliver profitable growth.
• Retaining business and growing market share in assigned territory by enhancing customer experience for RCIS agents.
• Educating agents on Federal Crop Insurance Policy and RCIS products and advising on marketing RCIS products.
• Identifying new or enhanced products and services to help agencies maintain and grow business with RCIS.
• Identifying training needs and leading agent training on RCIS products and software and coordinating meetings.
• Identifying processing/servicing issues and collaborating to resolve them with relevant departments.
• Ensuring agents comply with regulatory requirements and establishing quality control processes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree + 6+ years sales experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent + 8+ years sales experience

Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an associate degree + 6+ years sales experience
